Iq Ball
Watched the movie Iqbal the other day. Good movie, Kukonoor lives up to the expectation once again. Nasserudin Shah was good but the new kid something Talpade was fantastic. Inspiring movies. I like watching such movies because I know that they are fantasies for me, I could never want something so much that I would sacrifice something I like for it. Thats why I like to watch movies where the hardworking guy meets his target and read books where the protagonist achieves his goal. Politics in sports is something that I hate, this I say out of personal experience with regards to the politics existing in the WIFA. Hope to see more movies like this in the future.
I am amzed at the number of Bollywood movies I am watching recently. Guess Hollywood has taken a break from producing good movies, or maybe I have gotten too lazy to go to the theatres. More movie reviews to come in the next few days.
Am also currently reading Jim Cramers book. Hope it turns my fortunes in the Equity market, so far I have been doing pretty OK...In the words of the Mad Cramer Booyah.

My girlfriend is into Bollywood movies at the moment. We typically only go to movies at the independent theaters as well as rent the indie goodies. I haven't seen the one you're referring to, but I bet we'll check it out.

yup..it was good...but too senti in the end...though I dont think any other ending would have suited it, except maybe an inconclusive one, i.e, leaving it to the audience to decide...but then that does not work in bollywood right?
