Thank You for Smoking

Nick Naylor is my hero, a man who embodies a lot of my characteristics. Finally I see that there are other people out there that argue for no apparent reason but for the purpose of making an argument. For a long time my friends have termed me a fighter (someone who loves to get into fights, well only verbal ones) who argues a lot. If only I had known that I could make money out of my debating skills!!! I think it's time for me to leave this screwed up software job and move to washington. I think I have it in me to give the best of debaters out there a run for their money. plus I aldready own stock in Big Tobacco and I smoke and drink and am low on morals..Well basically I qualify as scum.
Great Movie, I wonder why I stopped going to the theatres...Well REGAL, UA I'm back. The movie was hilarious, the whole audience howled away. The good thing was there werent any kids for the movie, they wouldnt get the jokes either ways, and its not the right kind of thing to teach your kids...
A big thumbs up for the movie. Any one out there needing any excuses to not quit on the brown stuff, here's your big bag of excuses. I aldready had a big list but the movie has helped me add a few more alibis to my list.

Thank you all you smokers and drinkers for keeping the world population in check, all these health maniacs are going to rape mother earth for all shes worth.

Viva.

Schools Out for Summer

Well I know its not summer yet, but the warm air has breathed Life into me again. Back to the old partying days. This weekend was a great start to a summer that I hope will keep me amply busy. Rahul or Raul as most people know him drove down from Good Ol Ohio for the easter weekend. We spent the first day actually since the rest of us were working just the evening playing Pool and drinking (I hope my folks dont read this...I swear mom I only drank after 12:00) . Well that kicked of the party and the guys went for some Godh Naaches but I abstained, (not the kind of stuff that excites me anymore). The next day was a long drive to DC for the Jagjit Singh concert. Man the drive was fantastic because the weather was just sublime, unfortunately due to the margaritas we had for lunch we kept missing crucial exits and got lost like a zillion times (As I say Its better me driving than me giving directions). Finally we got to Aruns place and took him with us for the concert. Unfortunately we reached DC a tad too late to really appreciate the surrondings but we were more concerned about the concert. Stood in line and collected tickets and I must say that it was really erfreshing to see the desi crowd...Oohh la la...why do we have such a miserable desi community in Jersey, plus its something else ogling girls in Salwaar Kameezes....made it worth the wait for the tickets. Unfortunately I must say Jagjit was not at his best and was a so so concert, but none the less I guess it was his last so Im not complaining. Then we headed back out for Phili, man it was arough drive after the 4 shots of whiskey I was scared if Raul could drive back for 4 hours. Well we stopped on the way in MD for a quick break at a Waffle House and the quick break turned out to be a 80 minute stop. The place was packed with animals from a local club that had just closed and man we had a hard time getting a seat or our over greased food. Fortunately there were cops standing there and that prevented a riot from breaking out. Next stop Home. Well I couldnt sleep as yet as I had to call up my folks in India, what with it being Easter and all, and darn man earlier on it used to be just one call now I gotta call up 2 places. Slept at 6 in the morning and awoke at 8:30 to go for mass...and then headed on to NJ for another Easter party. by Sunday evening I was totally sapped of all energy, the Feni has a bad effect man...and I still had to drive back home...Got home at about 11:00.
All in all was a tight weekend, Hopefully there are many more this summer. Dont think next year I'll get the chance to be a vagabond anymore so I hope I make the best of this last summer.
Wishing all you guys a Happy Easter and a Fun Tasty ic Summer.
